These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ronixtheme.com (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
Informational Service
The Site provides editorial reviews, tutorials, compatibility observations, and links related to Ronix, Xiaomi themes, MIUI, HyperOS, and phone customization. It is not Xiaomi customer support, a theme marketplace, a repair service, or a provider of legal, security, or professional advice.
No Affiliation
Ronixtheme.com is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Xiaomi Corporation, Redmi, POCO, the Ronix designer, or other theme creators unless a page expressly states and discloses a relationship.
Names, logos, themes, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial information and reference. You may link to a public page and quote a short portion with clear attribution where permitted by law.
You may not:
- Republish, scrape, translate, or reproduce substantial Site content without permission or a lawful basis;
- Remove attribution or falsely claim authorship;
- Use the Site to distribute malware, cracked themes, unauthorized files, spam, or deceptive links;
- Attempt to bypass security, overload the Site, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation;
- Impersonate Ronixtheme.com, Xiaomi, a theme designer, or another person;
- Submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive material;
- Harvest personal information or use automated systems contrary to posted controls and law;
- Use Site content to mislead users about device compatibility, security, or official endorsement.
Intellectual Property
Original text, organization, graphics, branding, and other material created for Ronixtheme.com are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This does not transfer ownership of third-party themes, trademarks, screenshots, or quoted material to the Site.
Third-party material is used for identification, review, commentary, reporting, or instruction where permitted. Rights holders can submit a notice under our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
Theme Listings and Downloads
The Site may link to external official-store listings. We do not control whether a theme remains available, works in a region, supports a device, changes after an update, or is offered free or paid.
Before downloading or purchasing, confirm the destination, theme identity, designer, price, and compatibility. Transactions with an external platform are governed by that platform’s terms.
User Submissions
If you submit a comment, correction, screenshot, compatibility report, or other content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit it;
- It does not disclose another person’s private information unlawfully;
- It is not knowingly false, infringing, malicious, or deceptive;
- You grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, store, reproduce, edit for clarity, and publish the submission for editorial and moderation purposes.
You retain ownership of your original submission. We may decline, redact, remove, or retain a private record of it where reasonably necessary.
Comments and Moderation
Where comments are enabled, our Community Guidelines apply. We may moderate or remove content without advance notice, particularly when it contains spam, unsafe download instructions, credentials, harassment, or infringement.

Suspension or Termination

Changes

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without overriding mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
Severability
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.
